It's Beginning To Smell A Lot Like Christmas

You're probably horrified that I mentioned the longer c word in September but I don't mind. I've already had my first festive Baileys during online Christmas shopping, burned a Christmas Cookie sampler down to the very end and bought a pack of Christmas cards so let's throw caution to the wind and call this Festive September, shall we?

I popped in to look at the new Christmas Moments candle and came out with a few more samplers. I've promised myself a big jar in the next month as a well done to myself for losing a stone (that I'll put back on by December 31st, no doubt) so I thought a Christmas scent would be apt. Which to choose? Well, isn't that the beauty of samplers?

So we have: Christmas Eve, Sparkling Cinnamon, Vanilla Chai and Christmas Memories. Since vanilla chai is my favourite latte bar Starbucks' seasonal flavours I had to pick this up and it's currently burning away in a beautiful Next seaside print tealight holder scenting the room with the smell of a fresh coffee which, come on, seriously, is my kind of thing. The others all smell divine and what you'd expect while Christmas Memories smells like cinnamon mixed with Christmas Eve and hello.

What's your favourite seasonal candles? Yankee or another brand? What should I add to my collection (that never lasts very long)?

    Oh I love Christmas! But I also love Halloween and Bonfire night which is coming first! Winter events are the best!!! I need to get some of those mini candles as I don't want to spend on a candle I will hate! xx

    I have my vanilla chai candle burning now, it just feels so autumnal and cosy. I like anything that makes me feel like that with a spice to it.

    I was just scrolling through the lbloggers Twitter tag... clicked your blog... scrolled down... OH MY GOD YANKEE CHRISTMAS! <3 :P
    I really need to order some new samplers so I can choose my jar too! I'm currently burning Blissful Autumn and have Fireside Treats on standby.. I loved the Candy Corn scent from last Halloween too. Give me all of the candles!

    Ahh I love Yankee candles especially Christmas scents, my favourite scents are definitely anything with cinnamon!
