Ella Masters (ellamasters.com) is one of my absolute favourite illustrators. I really connect with her style and her bearded man was my favourite until these marvels came along and totally stole the show. How gorgeous are they? They're only £8 each for an A3 print too which is crazy good value and available here and here.

This video of a plus size pole dancer Emma Haslam who's taking part in the championships this year blew me away. Look at that strength and flexibility!
