Topshop cream blush in Neon Rose - £ from Topshop
I know it's still technically Winter but with the bright bursts of sunshine and crisp air it feels much more like Spring. I have a tendency to opt for lighter colours as the weather gets brighter, especially on my eyes and cheeks and so my favourite cream blush has made a reappearance. I love Topshop's make up. I adore the packaging (although, like NARS it does have a tendency to get dirty very easily even without the rubberised finish of it's high end rival), the shade range in most of the products is extensive and decent enough to be able to always find something I like and while I do have a few favourite products I can't say I've ever disliked something I've bought.
This cream blush is beautiful on the skin. It's a cream to powder finish making it perfect for oily skins and workable on dry skin. I have dry skin and find it doesn't cling even once it's blended out which is a huge bonus for me as most drug store cream to powder finishes look atrocious on me. The colour is a very bright coral in the pan with yellow undertones making it suitable for most skin types and while it does look a little scary it can be blended out really sheer with a light hand. I don't like to go crazy but I find if I dab this on my cheeks with my fingertips it gives a gorgeous flush. On darker skins you will have to build this up quite a bit more depending on the colour you're going for but that's pretty easy to do with your fingers or a brush with this. I also love the fact that it has a decent sized mirror for checks and application on the go.
I can't find Neon Rose on the website and at first I thought that it had been renamed to Flush as they're pretty similar in colour online but I'm not so sure in person as I've not tried it. If I receive an answer from Topshop I'll edit this post but it's definitely not available on the website at the moment.
This sounds like the perfect colour for me, I don't normally like cream blushes because they don't last well enough on me but I may have to try a topshop one!

The formula really seems to last on me so if you can try them, definitely do.

This looks really lovely. I have a Topshop cream blush duo (I can't remember the name right now, it was limited edition!) and I love that, I should definitely try more!

I've not tried a blush duo - are they limited edition or just the shades?

I agree and it's not too bright or heavy either. Perfect!

It gets dirty really quickly and doesn't look very high end but the products are great for the price.

It's so pretty, isn't it?

Such a beautiful colour! It suits your skin tone (or what I can see of your skin tone, from your hand!) x
