A Little Wishlist - Layla's Edit

So my five year old budding fashionista is taking over today with words straight out of the mouths of babes (but transcribed by mummy because Layla can't type quite yet).

"Hi I'm Layla and I'm five. I love clothes and I especially love shopping with mummy because she buys me nice ones that make me feel very lucky. I love River Island and Asda as mummy and me go shopping while we are shopping - haha.

I like this blue skirt as it looks like jeans and has stripes. I want to wear it to the beach in the summer with sparkly flip flops. Isn't this dress beeeeeeautiful? I really like the green as it stands out and I'd look very pretty twirling around with flowers in my hair. I want this bag as mummy has one like it from the same shop and sometimes I like to pretend I'm a grown up with pocket money and bags too. It's pink. I like pink. Like, a lot.

I wanted this coat ages ago and mum said when it was in the sale but it wasn't ever so now she's going to buy it for me anyway because she said it looked super on me and she wants one in her size. I told her she can't as it's for children only but she doesn't care and said she'd squeeze. Big ladies can be so stupid. My sister has a pair of purple glitter boots like this and I want some with flowers so we can be the same but a bit different. I am learning to tie laces but I make my dad do them because they are hard and the rabbit never goes into the hole. I used to have a rabbit but it's dead now. Mum has a necklace like this and it's really pretty and reminds me of summer so she said she'd buy me one too and when I saw it on the computer I wanted it but mum said it will take ages to get here so I have to wait. I hate waiting. I like flowers so I like that top a good amount.

I want it all and if I am really good mummy may buy me some things and I will be really happy and show my friends so they can see how great I look and that I don't have to wear uniform all the time because at home I don't. Bye!"
