It's Time For A Broo

All flavours c/o Fruit Broo

I don't know if you know this about me but I am a big fan of coffee. I cannot function without at least five mugs per day. I'm not a tea drinker in the traditional "Would you like a cup of tea?" sense. I don't like 'proper' tea. I love herbal and fruit teas and while they never quite get the job done as well as a good cup of joe there's nothing like watching your tea bounce around in the bottom of your cup when it's cold outside and you just want to relax.

When Fruit Broo contacted me about reviewing a selection of flavours from their range I got a little excited. No tea bags and five to ten minute brewing times on these babies. Just a teaspoon or two of the flavoured liquid topped up with hot water (and a little sugar for me) and you're good to go. Each bottle is 100ml which is enough to make around 15 cups of tea and they cost £2.50 each. When I posted a photo on Instagram I had a lot of people asking where you can buy them and the answer is here.

So, the taste test. Honey & Lemon and Elderflower & Lime have got to be my two personal favourites. Whenever I'm feeling tired or run down a mug of this is like a big warm hug that instantly makes me feel at least slightly better. The Peach, Pear & Honey is delicious as is the Apple, Ginger & Spice especially on a cold morning or snuggled up in the evening. The flavours are very well blended so you don't get too much of one and not enough of the other and they taste quite natural which I prefer. You could, of course, make the tea a little stronger if you want something that has a little more taste but two teaspoons of any of these and I'm good to go. I'm not the biggest fan of the Lemon & Ginger or Rhubarb, Apple & Cinnamon and I really wanted to be but the great thing is my friends love them so I just pop them in the fridge and wait for company.

If you're a tea lover, give these a go because I'm sure you won't be disappointed. Plus you can get free UK delivery on all orders (minimum two bottles purchased) until the 16th December which would be perfect if you're buying as a gift (for yourself).

What do you think of these liquid teas from Fruit Broo? Will you be giving them a go?
