Vaseline Spray & Go body moisturiser in Cocoa Radiant - £4.99
During my latest shopping spree in Boots I was faced with a stand full of these cans near the check out. I was instantly intrigued and after looking through the three scents on offer (aloe, oat and cocoa) ended up with the tried, tested and well-loved cocoa. As someone who hates waiting around waiting for body oils, butters and creams to sink in looking like a failure replica of the Vitruvian Man I couldn't wait to test this out after a shower and see if it lives up to it's quickie name.
I can say that it does. I spray this on slightly damp skin all over and give it a quick rub to evenly distribute it and - gone! I don't feel tacky or coated in the slightest and I smell magnificent. As for it's moisturising properties, I can say it isn't the most deeply nourishing moisturiser I've ever used and if I have the time and patience I would choose a luxurious body butter over this but as a day to day moisturiser this is absolutely perfect. I've used this four times now with one time being on dry skin mid-day and I've not had a problem with clothing whatsoever. I usually find that some material from my clothes ends up on my skin which is obviously extremely (un)attractive but so far, so good.
I'd definitely repurchase this and I'm going to opt for the oat in the yellow can next to see if it makes a difference to anything other than the scent. Have you tried this yet?
I haven't tried this yet but a spray moisturizer does sound like an interesting thing to use :)

ReplyDeleteThis product is everything I needed moisturizer to be. It is thinner, spreads evenly by spraying, and absorbs quickly.
